Requirement Overview:In addition to the standard features provided by Insight, we customised the installation to be more tailored to an IT company. We were required to manage all areas of an Information Technology business.
- Hardware and software sales – Full order processing of hardware and software sales. Including the processing of purchases from suppliers.
- Walk in customer servicing – Creating of job cards and tracking the entire job from initial drop off to collection.

- Installation of networks – logging of all time and correspondence throughout the installation process. Managing all the 3rd party contractors.
- Maintenance contracts – automatic generation of contracts and renewals, including billing.
- Profiling of Customer Sites – all equipment and licenses onsite are profiled with all relevant information captured for easy administration and support.
- Direct integration to suppliers
- Live pricing and availability from Computer 2000 and Ingram Micro
- Price list Importer, csv and excel price list importer for automatic population and updating of stock and inventory lists.
- Full Financial Management – including exporting to Sage
- Stock Control and Inventory Management
