Our support focuses heavily on stability. Our excellent track record for uptime and stability is testament to this effort.

Our support services include

  • Remote Support - This support is unlimited and includes email, telephonic and remote control. All connections to your network and system are done through highly secure and encrypted channels.
  • Onsite Support - We have system designers and programmers available to support you onsite. Onsite support includes business consulting, training, configuration, design and development.
  • Emergency Support - Should you have a system down we make available an engineer immediately. If all engineers are on installation one will be removed and assigned to you. We take down time and bugs very seriously.
Due to the design of the Insight system and it's operational platforms. We are able to assign any number of engineers to work directly on supporting any site no matter where they are located on installation or not.
